Policy and Warranty Regulations for "matnaflex"

The lifespan and warranty period vary for each product.

• This warranty is valid for home use only.

• A copy of the original invoice or any other proof of purchase (date, branch, or phone number) must be provided.

Mattress Warranty:

A sagging mattress exceeding 15% of the original height.

• Broken springs or wires.

• Loose stitching upon receiving the mattress.

• Protruding springs or wires from the mattress layers.

Bed Warranty:

Detached bed screws.

• Detached wooden bed ends.

• Scratches resulting from transportation, loading, unloading, and handling by the company.

Exclusions from Warranty:

• Body impressions on the mattress.

• Use of mattresses for commercial purposes.

• Improper storage in unfit places.

• Color change, staining, or exposure to burning.

• Natural change in mattress softness over time.

• Wetness, leakage, and spillage of liquids on the mattress or bed.

• Natural sagging of less than 15% of the original height of the mattress.

• Improper handling of the mattress causing it to warp or bend.

• Failure to follow instructions for rotating or flipping the mattress according to type (ask the seller about your mattress type).

• Using an unsuitable bed base for the mattress (such as bases with wooden slats).

• Bending or folding the mattress or handling it incorrectly, causing damage or twisting of its internal structure.

• Using incorrect materials or methods for cleaning, such as harsh or burning substances on fabrics.

• Damage to handles, as they are intended for rotating the mattress and adjusting its position only, not for carrying the mattress.

• Using mattresses or beds for purposes other than their intended use, such as jumping on them or sitting on their edge in one place and permanently.

• All accessories including pillows, duvet sets sheets, towels, protective covers, and pads.

Repair Terms:

The warranty covers the repair of damaged parts free of charge in case of a manufacturing defect, and does not imply replacement of the product or refund of its value.

• Repair time may take up to (7 working days) depending on the customer's location.

• The mattress will be collected from the customer upon presentation of the original invoice or any other proof of purchase.

• Throughout the warranty period, repairs are free according to the warranty policy and regulations.

• Upon completion of the repair, the product and the original stamped invoice from the maintenance department will be returned.

Repair Terms with Charges:

• The financial value will be assessed after inspecting the mattress.

• The fabric and parts of the mattress's internal padding can be changed.

• Size adjustments by reduction will depend on the type and quality of the mattress and its expected lifespan.
